Pay attention to whom you share your intimate energy with. Intimacy at this level intertwines your aural energy with the aural energy of the other person. These powerful connections, regardless of how insignificant you think they are, leave spiritual debris; particularly within people who do not practice any type of cleansing. Physical, emotional or otherwise.
The more you interact intimately with someone, the deeper the connection and the more of their aura is intertwined with yours. Imagine the confused aura of someone who sleeps with multiple people and carries around these multiple energies? What they may not realize is that others can feel that energy which can repel positive energy and attract negative energy into your life.
I always say, never sleep with someone you wouldn’t want to be” - Lisa Chase Patterson
I believe the original author of the above passage is Lisa Chase Patterson. How she described the intimate nature of exchanging energy with another during sex is something that I’ve been lecturing friends about for years. It was nice to see someone else discussing it as well.
We are all physical beings, but we are also so much more than that, including ‘energetic beings’. When you get intimate with anyone you merge with their energy. It doesn’t matter if it is OBE (astral) sex, physical sex, or oral sex — anytime you are intimate with another person (or people) you absorb some of their energy and they absorb some of your energy.
If you have sex with positive, loving, uplifting people – that wonderful energy is absorbed and uplifts you. If you have sex with negative, pessimistic, unstable, depressive people – that energy will have you crashing down and uninterested in day-to-day life. (Among other ways. We are all unique after all) Keep in mind that if this person sleeps with a variety of people, they absorb their energy. A married man or woman has absorbed their spouses energy and will mix it with your energy if you are the other man or woman. It’s vice versa.
So the next time you jump into bed with someone or want to hook up for OBE sex – keep in mind that unless they cleanse their energy on a regular basis, you will be getting intimate with whomever they have been intimate with.
Oh, and just so you know, this isn’t a new discovery. Christians often call this connection ‘Soul ties’. It is also widely discussed in the study of Tantric Sex.
As we accumulate unwanted energies in daily life, regular aura cleansing supports health and well-being. Like psychic dust bunnies, we go around collecting debris on our aura, until we finally do something to cleanse it…
It is the same with personal hygiene. If you do not bathe, your body will become dirtier and dirtier. Gradually the smell becomes unbearable. Eventually, your body even becomes a breeding ground for disease and bacteria.
If you do not cleanse your aura, your spiritual energy system will also become ‘dirtier and dirtier’. Eventually you become unpleasant for others to be around (though they may not consciously understand why). Your energy system then begins to attract lower vibrations which are also unhealthy for you and others.
In modern culture, we expect people to take care of their personal hygiene by bathing regularly, if not daily. But we are not yet so spiritually evolved!
Cleansing your Aura
Just like washing your hands cleans one part of your body and washing your face takes care of another… different approaches to aura cleansing will support you in clearing different aspects of your energy system. Some aura clearing approaches are more lightweight–in terms of personal hygiene– like changing your clothes, or putting on deodorant. They are still useful, but they can’t replace bathing! Other methods of aura cleansing go much deeper–equivalent to having a good scrub-down, or going for a detoxifying spa treatment.
Options for Cleansing…
Bathing with Epsom Salts
Water helps wash away dirt, both physically and energetically. Adding Epsom Salts to your bath stimulates the flow of your own energy and also draws minor psychic debris out of your aura.
Swimming
Submerging yourself in water helps cleanse your aura. As ocean water contains salt and minerals, it is especially useful for drawing minor psychic debris out of your aura.
Sunlight
Gentle exposure to sunlight stimulates the flow of your own energy. Some lower vibrations cannot exist with exposure to bright light.
FOUR MOST POWERFUL APPROACHES TO AURA CLEANSING…
1. Aura Meditation

Even basic meditation helps you relax and release. Aura meditation works directly with releasing unwanted energies through grounding, clearing your aura, energy channels and chakras. One of the most powerful ways to cleanse and care for your aura is energy-based aura meditation.
2. Aura Healings
In an aura healing, the healer supports you in cleansing unwanted energies out of your system.
The healer assists you in grounding out psychic debris, releasing blocks and helps you get your own energy flowing. If you’d like to find out more about Aura Healing, I highly recommend you research Reiki. If you’d like to experience it yourself, I recommend you look for a Reiki healer in your area)
3. Aura Readings
Often we confuse other people’s energy with our own energy. When we mistake foreign energy for our own, we do not want to release it. We hold on to it because we think it is us! In a clairvoyant aura reading, a reader can help you identify your own energy and discern foreign energy. When you recognize an energy is not you, it is much easier to release.
4. Feeling your Emotions
When your emotional energy is blocked, it creates congestion and back-up throughout your spiritual energy system. This makes it easy to get stuck with unwanted energies. Allowing yourself to feel hidden emotions creates a release of energy. This movement and flow supports you in cleansing psychic debris.
____________
Other Options for Aura Cleansing…
Wind

Standing with an open body posture in a strong wind supports you in releasing unwanted energies.
As sea breezes contain moisture, salt and minerals, ocean winds are especially beneficial for aura cleansing.
Gardening or Being in Nature
Through gardening and being in Nature, you come in direct contact with the earth. This helps you get grounded and release unwanted energies out of your system.
Creativity
Creating something you’re enthusiastic about gives you a ‘creative high’. These surges of creative energy stimulate the flow of your own energy and support you in releasing blocks and unwanted energies.

A good actor – a versatile one – is one who can mould himself into any scene. An actor has to be a part of a large variety of film scenes, and that also includes shooting sex scenes.
But as one can guess, shooting a sex scene can’t usually be without complications, because it is so awkward.
So what do celebrities think about it, and what have been their experiences? Let’s find out!

Henry Cavill

Henry Cavill once had an embarrassing moment while filming an intimate scene. He says:”It’s happened to me once…and it was very embarrassing. A girl had to be on top of me, she had spectacular breasts, and I hadn’t rearranged my…stuff into a harmless position. She’s basically rubbing herself all over me, um, it got a bit hard.” He continues, “I had to apologize profusely afterwards. It’s not great when you’re in a professional acting environment, and somebody gets a boner, is it? No, not acceptable.”

Hugh Grant

Hugh Grant actually confessed to loving all intimate scenes and arousals! Here’s what he said: “I’ve always enjoyed sex scenes though you’re not really supposed to. The classic answer is – Oh, it’s not $exy at all because there are so many technicians standing around. But I’ve always found them extremely arousing.”

Ashton Kutcher

“I just start by apologizing … I think somebody told me, and I’m not sure who the actor was. I think it was Sir Laurence Olivier who said it, but … I always use Sir Laurence. When in doubt, use Sir Laurence Olivier. I think he said something to the effect of, I apologize if I get aroused and I apologize if I do not get aroused,” he said. He continued, “And you have to say it with the accent if you do it. But there is sort of always this awkward state of, is this OK, is that OK? And then in between it’s like, just, let’s act like nothing happened. And then you see how good of an actor you really are.”

Jake Gyllenhaal

Here’s what he had to say: “I’ve had a pretty illustrious career at this point, but the hardest thing has been pretending to be turned on by Anne Hathaway. And I pride myself on really having pulled it off.”

Jesse Metcalfe

“As a matter of fact, in the first scene we ever had, where Gabriella and John first had $ex, we were rehearsing and then the director was like, “OK, get out of bed, we have to reset the set’, and I was like, ‘I need a minute.'

Samuel L Jackson

He just hates sex scenes. This is what he says: “I hate nude scenes, you have to ask where it’s okay to touch and where it’s not okay to touch and then you have to apologize for getting excited or for not getting excited. I’m sorry if I do and I’m sorry if I don’t. It’s a weird conversation to have.”

Seth Rogan

The famous comedian talks about how he got really nervous while shooting a nude scene for his film Knocked Up. “I got really nervous and I kept thinking, ‘What will I do, how do I behave?'”

Ewan McGregor

It was difficult for him to get aroused during his nude scene with actress Alice Krige. Here’s what he said:”I had to lie on top of her and they kept on pulling back the sheet. They wanted to see my naked bums and her naked thighs, so we couldn’t wear any underwear. It was very embarrassing. It was a case of, ‘Cut! We’ll go again.’ I calmed myself down and we just got on with the scene.”

Kate Winslet

“You can literally be tangled in sheets and you turn to the other actor and say, ‘What the fuck are we doing?’ Dear Mum, at work today I had so-and-so’s left nut sack pressed against my cheek. It’s sort of unethical if you think about it in those terms.”

Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds speaks of his experience while shooting for the film The Change-Up.”So, in the scene she’s sitting there, and I take her top off, I take her bra off, and she has those pasties on, but she’s drawn these adorable little smiley faces on them. And I forget every line in the scene. Not just from this movie, from every movie I’ve done.”

Videos have emerged of a street fight club on the streets of Thailand between teenagers that cops are struggling to police.

Hundreds will gather for the street boxing bouts as amateur fighters gather to knock seven heavens out of each other.

Police are said to be investigating the footage after concerned locals in Bangkok reported the meets to the authorities.

This looks pretty brutal...

Organiser, 32-year-old Joe Nok, says he is not breaking any rules with the fights as they're simply 'aggressive sparring' rather than fully fighting.

"The atmosphere is electric," he said.

"You have to be very brave to step into the ring. The crowd loves it.

"There's blood being spilled, bones cracking and bruises. But this country is the home of Muay Thai. Do you want fairy kisses and cuddles?"

He says the presence of a referee ensures nothing untoward happens at the fights and a medic is always present just in case of injury.

Nok also said there 'are no losers here' as everyone is just an ordinary person with a day job that simply likes to fight. When police have approached them about the practise being a bit dangerous, they've simply replied that with no declared winner or loser, it is simply fitness training and they're allowed to carry on.

Each fight lasts three minutes, with competitors wearing gum shields and gloves but no protective head gear. They also fight on concrete, not in a designated ring.

Should police decide to arrest Nok as the organiser, he could face a £440 fine and be jailed for up to a year.

Apparently, the athletes at the Olympics are at it like rabbits.
In 2012, during the London Olympics, it was reported that 150,000 condoms were handed out to athletes, and this year apparently 450,000 condoms are being distributed during the games in Rio.
People think that the athletes train and train for years on end, moderating their sex lives, so when it comes to the time when they can relax a little bit, sex is on their minds.

This isn't the case however, as sports scientist and Olympic training coach Mike Young, PhD, said when speaking to BuzzFeed Health.
"A lot of it comes down to this notion that a man's vigor is in his sperm, and the theory would be that by abstaining from sexual activity you somehow keep testosterone high or even increase it," Young said. "That's completely refuted by the research."
It was found that popping the P in the V actually increases testosterone, so can somewhat help with performances.
So maybe getting down to it before a big event will help? Well only if it's not within two hours of that event starting, as BuzzFeed reports that leaving that little time won't be a big enough window to recover.

Doing the dirty can act as a distraction or stress buster for some, as sports psychologist Stephen Graef explained to BuzzFeed. Ultimately, though, it comes down to whether a person feels like they can or not.
Young told them: "We found that the biggest indicator was your preconceived notion of whether or not it would impact you.
"The takeaway we found was that your own moral code or perception of what will happen will likely happen."
No wonder they get through so many condoms in the Athletes' Village.

PokĂ©mon Go has been out for two weeks now and has taken over the entire world. Literally. Apart from Saudi Arabia, where it's been banned.
Everyone knows at least five people playing it and if you aren't and still trying to play it cool, you know you're curious as to what the fuss is about. Your finger has hovered over the install button more than once - don't try and lie to me.
Now, despite one of my colleagues believing PokĂ©mon Go is the saddest thing that's happened in the 21st Century (geek sad, not feeling sad), I've refrained from calling anyone who plays a geek, nerd or loser.
I am a Pokémon Go trainer and I do not consider myself any of these things.
However, and there's a big however, I do take issue with a game as massive as Pokémon Go being 'completed' in just over two weeks.
One trainer in the US claims he has caught all the Pokémon available to him. According toReddit user ftb_hodor, he's caught all 142 available Pokémon in the US. There's obsessive and there's this.
It'd be easy to shoot him down as a liar but to be fair to the guy he admits he hasn't seen Ditto or Mewtwo and he's definitely not seen any of the legendary birds - Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres. And, of course, I'll shit my pants the day someone actually sees or catches Mew.

He also doesn't have Farfetch'd, which is exclusive to Asia, Mr. Mime, who is exclusive to Europe or Kangaskhan, who is exclusive to Australia and New Zealand. He does have Tauros however, who is exclusive to the US.
Anyway, he claims to have put in around 95 miles worth of walking to catch all the Pokémon, at an average of eight miles every day.
Will he head to every corner of Earth to catch the last few? No, is the simple answer. Or so he said on Reddit.
I'm only on Level 9. I've got some catching up to do.
Looks like I'll have to cross sleep off my daily list of things to do in order to be the very best that no one ever was. Except ftb_hodor.

In recent years online privacy has become a major talking point among the Internet-using public.
So much so, the likes of Whatsapp and Apple have gone to great lengths to ensure end-to-end encryption protects its users from being snooped on.
Given Google's new messenger app Allo has also got end-to-end encryption, it was only a matter of time before Facebook followed suit.

Facebook will soon add a new feature called 'secret conversations' to its messenger app meaning third-parties cannot see what is being said - only the sender and receiver can see the conversation.

Facebook themselves and law enforcement will have no access whatsoever to the secret conversations.
The new feature will be rolled out to a small number of users before making it available to everybody later this summer.
Where the Facebook feature differs from Whatsapp (owned by Facebook, of course) is the fact the encryption feature is opt-in rather than a default.
Secret conversations will also only work on one device and won't work for GIFs and videos, for the time being.
You can also set a 'self-destruct' time on certain messages if you so choose.
With 900 million active users every month, Facebook Messenger's massive step towards user privacy is a kick in the teeth for governments who want access to private messages.
Something tells me there'll be a controversy of sorts around this in the near future.

If there's one life lesson to live by, it's to not try it on with one of your work colleagues as it almost always ends up a shitshow.
But is it worse than trying it on with someone you think is a work colleague yet is actually just some random person with the same name? Take a look at this conversation and choose for yourself.

IMHO, this seems a lot worse.
