You might not be familiar with Iskra Lawrence but hopefully that’s about to change.
She’s a plus-sized model and she’s out to change people’s perceptions of the beauty industry, and promote positive body image for females everywhere, even if it’s one Instagram post at a time.

It’s one of many images that 25-year-old from Worcestershire has shared and judging by her 433,000 followers on the platform she’s certainly having no problem promoting that positive image.
The Mirror have reported that Lawrence has taken the world by storm since she was scouted at the age of 13 but by 18 she decided against trying to change her image and ditched dieting altogether.
"I realised at around 18 that instead of trying to change my body to fit into sample sizes I would try to change the industry," she told the MailOnline.
